New Lightspeed Poll: Low/no cost traffic building tips

I recently received an email from a Lightspeed Affiliate, asking me for advice on how to get more people to visit her site. Indubitably, traffic is top priority for most publishers. Not being an SEO expert, but willing to help, I decided to scour the web and initiate some forum polls and discussions on this topic.
